We are located in Toronto, Canada. All shipments will be sent from Canada using Canada Post.
Local Toronto pick ups are available and are subject to a $10 fee at the following locations:
- Downtown Toronto Union station at 4:45-5:00pm on some week days.
If the above pick up location is not convenient for you, please have your order shipped to you.

All transit times below does not include a 2 business day process and handling fee. If you request for immediate shipment after purchase, rush orders are subject to a $5 rush fee.
Regular Air Mail
Mail to Canada takes 7-10 business days.
Mail to USA takes 2-3 weeks
Mail to everywhere else takes 3-4 weeks.
No tracking or insurance is included for the regular air mail shipments.

Upgrade shipping
If you need to upgrade your shipping, add express or courier shipping to your shopping cart and check out. We will then send you an invoice for the difference. Transit times and costs for upgraded shipping are indicated below.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is available and has an estimated shipping time of 5 business days.
Express to Canada is a minimum of $22. If within Ontario, the prices are lower and can take 2-3 business days only.
Express to the USA is a minimum of $27 and takes 5 business days.
Express to everywhere else is a minimum of $55 and takes 5-7 business days.
Tracking and insurance is included.
Can only be shipped during business days.
Courier Shipping
1-2 business day courier shipping is available using Fed-Ex or UPS.
Courier to Canada is a minimum of $27.
Courier to the USA is a minimum of $37.
Courier to everywhere else is a minimum of $75 and takes 2 business days.
Tracking and insurance is included.
Can only be shipped during business days.
If you opt for express/courier shipping, please check out and send us a message indicating that you want to upgrade to express/courier mail. We will invoice you the difference.
For custom sized orders or items that must be made to order, expect a minimum of 1-2 weeks plus the shipping time.
For contact lens that are currently not in stock or for custom prescription lens, your order will be placed during our next batch. We order a batch of lens from the manufacturer approximately once a month.
Note: The transit times are a guideline, as there may be delays due to your government's customs policies, bad weather delays, etc. Both Goddess Boutique and the shipping services are not accountable for delays due to these causes.
